Tepui RTT /awning, Nitto Ridge Grappler, Bushwacker fenders

I'm finally getting around to clearing up space in my garage area. I have the following for sale. preferably local pick up in Tucson.

1 tire (not a set) Brand New Nitto Ridge Grappler 295/70/17 (never used) - $220

1 Used Ruggedized Tepui Kukenam Tent 3x1 (Green) with insulated insert, shoe bag, anti condensation mat and brand new cover. One of the Ladder rungs needs repaired. I'm also Including a 4 ft Tepui awning (green)(support post needs repaired). Tent is in Very Good condition - $1,000

1 set of 4 Brand New Bushwacker Pocket style fenders for 3rd gen Tacoma. Hardware included

Well, your penance could be to sell me (to go to my buddy) the RTT for $250. All will be forgiven.

Do you still have the tent and awning?
Can you please post pictures of the ladder and the awning parts that need repaired? Will give me an idea on the effort / money needed to fix it.
