Need help with ac troubleshoot

Hello Guys
I have a 2005 Tacoma . Recently the AC while sitting still doesn’t blow cold . When driving it blows cold just fine but when sitting it doesn’t . Does this sound like a compressor problem or something else ? I looked at the coils on the condenser and radiator and they don’t appear blocked . Any ideas ?

If everything looks OK, try an AC recharge kit like this. You can buy them from auto parts stores. The last few years I've had to top mine off in the spring. It still has a charge in it, it's just a little low.
