Exempt from recalls

My 2020 access cab 4x4 TRD off road is 1 of 128 in the states. I recently had it serviced and asked about the recalls for fuel pumps and was told my truck isnt included. Was my truck built on a "special" assembly line where they sprinkled fairy dust on it? Why is my truck exempt?

Where was it built?

 

Not every 2020 got the fuel pump recall. I did mostly 18's and 19's. Very few 20's. They already had the amended pumps.

That said, you can check for recalls on Toyotas site.

If you don't need a fuel pump why is that an issue?
