Got a watchmaker/jewellery friend who all set up for small parts. Thing is he needs a good one to copy from. I’d love to buy all his gear but no way you could put a value on it.

 Yeah that doesn’t make sense. Lol. See if he can clarify maybe take a picture.

If it is missing, I recommend he call Remington customer service. They should be able to sell him the part over the phone. Since the shotgun is still in production they will have them on the line. I’ve bought 870 parts like that before.

I went out to one of our buildings where they bring extra crap that departments don't need anymore.

    Scored.

Ended up getting all 40 cables that I needed (most were still in the bag) along with a few extra items for good measure. :D

I swear they're not for me!

I was really hoping they'd be 24", or maybe 27" so I could snag a pair for me but they're all 22".

Sweeeet.. got lucky and the Dovetail Jaws on my 5th Axis setup fit almost perfectly under the part allowing me to pretty much profile this entire bastard in Op1. That way I dont have any annoying leftover, overhanging stock to rip off on Op2, just what's left of the dovetail and remaining stock under part itself, which will be around .375". Just need to dovetail this stock and slap it up in there and program the part tomorrow. Might just have to baby it a little bit more than usual, but I'll find out and adjust once I see/hear how it handles it. 416SS 1.375" thick.

Will that stock fit a 0.920” barrel at the end of the stock? You need one of them things that screw onto the end to make them super quiet with standard velocity ammo!
