Haha I even have rag day! My wife says to pick up all my rags and I usually have 20 or so dirty, put em in a bag, give em to her and she washes them with the dog towels.

Trade it in now before the trouble starts and the dash starts lighting up. Time is ticking.

Put the truck in a big ass bag of rice! :)

Semi-Epic fuck up, thanks for having the stones to share here! I personally would have that drink and not sweat it.

That's so awful I'm not putting in any animated stuff in here. I can see the same thing happening to me and when I got home "the boss" says to me with a straight face: "Why didn't you load them upside-down??? (ARRRRRHHHHHH!!!!!! Whatareyougonna do?? ... she's a Scientist :annoyed:)

Here's what I would do: It's hot everywhere right now so if you can, park it in a spot where it's going to be in the brutal sun all day, leave one window open a little bit, maybe the slider, and let it bake for the day and don't start it. Two days would be even better.

Good luck. Foregetabout it. Remember that Hilux on Top Gear that time? Go have that cocktail... I'd recommend something mixed in a big pineapple with a couple of those little umbrellas in it. Fix you right up.

Next time turn the gutters upside down. That is only if they over hang your tailgate by 1/3 their total length. Otherwise they fold in half. LOL
    Ex-gutter installer here.

A friend used to be able to get garbage bags of worn towels and wash cloths from a hospital. They were always clean and made great shop rags. Unfortunately no longer available. :(

For those times late at night you are stranded and alone in your truck.

Ah yes, the 16 foot long bed. Can handle any load, but not a corner.

Yup, old shirts, dish towels, but the best are a surgical towels my brother gives me. He’s a surgeon and gets bunches of them that would otherwise be thrown away even though they were not used.

Would be great to have that, but im not in the construction business, just DIY, weekend warrior. Happened to put up a gazebo in our backyard and wanted to get some gutters up for it...lol maybe in the future if this happens again...

I will start keeping a rag/towel bag though in my truck...

TODAY go get a couple of these and put them in the truck with the windows up.
You will be amazed how much moisture they will pull out of the compartment.

Thanks for the tip! I actually am a bit OCD and after a few drinks, I carried my dehumidifer from my basement into the truck, and ran it overnight in my garage...lol it didn't pull much moisture out so i think the towel caught most of it.

Damp rid works very well get a container and set it in for a day.
    See if it gets more.
Cant hurt anything and might surprise you as well.

it's fine. just run the heat for an hour or two with the windows up and recirculate on to dry things out. damp rid will also help but the heat works the same way.

i get insanely sweaty at work, combined with running a/c with doors constantly open and closing i get a lot of sweat/condensation in the truck. especially if i get soaked with water from rain, i will do the heat thing to dry it all out while i take a shower.
