2016 Tacoma SR5 sputtering between 30-50 mph

Hi Guys,

I have a 2016 Tacoma SR5 with 120k miles it also has the 3.5L. For the past 4 months it started at sputtering when it reached temp. going between 30-50 MPH. I have changed the spark plugs numerous times, I cleaned the throttle body, changed the MAF sensor, and still have the problem.

The times I see a bit of a difference is when I press the ECT button and manual shift the automatic transmission.

There are not codes nor check engine light on so it's a bit of a head scratcher.

If some else is having the issues or if there is a thread already going, please let me know.
