My S&W 642-2 is my main carry gun. I like the reliability and safety of a hammer-less revolver. It does bite when you shoot it but that's not going to be an issue if you are in a life threatening situation. I'll shoot 50 rounds when I practice. I added a crimson trace laser to give more confidence. Check out carrying those Gold Dot short barrel personal defense rounds in the weapon.
