I was in 4lo, shifter in "3" to be able to rev to redline, with rear locker on, same settings as deep snow.

 

Gotcha! It sounded like the truck was working hard...Best settings for the dunes for next time is 4H with your traction control completely disabled (Press the traction control for 5 seconds to completely disable), your robbing yourself the power and speed you need for the dunes going to 4Lo.

All three ORV parks had fill-up stations to air up your tires. The Silver Lake inflator stations are off-site at the welcome center about half a mile from the ORV area entrance.

They're faster than any portable compressor - able to inflate my 35" tires from 15 to 35 psi in about 20 sec. And you don't need to leave the engine idling.
