2017 Inferno Toyota Tacoma

I spend more time in Ensenada, Baja California, Mexico then I do in the States because I have a business there. I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Tacoma but cannot download Entune to be able to connect my Android because I get a notice that says this app is not available in my country. I get the same message when I try and download the app when I am in the States. I have dual sim cards with a phone number for the States, and another one for Mexico. How do I get around this big problem? Chinate.
