Totaled a good one on an elk last month. 357K miles, going for 500K.

Trying to decide if I accept the insurance payout, or find a way to part this thing out.
Not sure if the supercharger or the parts of the car are worth anything - any advice?

I'll give you $3.50 for the supercharger. You could make some money if you bought it back and parted it out, depending on what the buy back is. If you do I might be interested in the supercharger.

How long was the SC on the engine?
357k is a lot of miles is a lot of miles.
How often did you do maintenance on the SC?

Personally, I’d probably try to find a lower mileage engine and transmission if I were looking for one.
I guess my point and something to consider is, what’s the demand for parts, are you willing to ship parts, are you willing to play the negotiating game, and is it really worth your time parting it out.

Basically, you need to make a decision if the payout is worth more vs the part put.

Me, I’d be waving goodbye if they offered me anything over $12k
    I’d never see it again.
