Anyone try the tucktec folding kayak?

Not me kayaks and me would be a wet disaster

 

Interesting concept, I'd be curious to try one. Ours are the usual dihedral hull boats from Dicks I believe and carbon paddles. My neighbor just got a very nice inflatable fishing 'yak but at something like $1300 it should be nice. She's got a short attention span and has a new boat constantly.

 

Try them. I think they'll go on and they might be bright enough.

The stock bulbs are trash, I still have them on but they’re trash. You can’t get worse than that!

Typically an LED light is marketed as H9 and H11 combined, since they’re the same socket, and likely have the connector with the slot (which I THINK is H9, technically) so that it can work on either.

Do you have the listing you can link? Might say “H11 H9” in the title, like a lot of Amazon listings do

 

I was thinking the h9’s have a tab that can be clipped with a pair of dykes. Thanks gf.

 

Thats what I've got, trimmed the tab with a fine saw and they're a teeeeeeny bit better but still pretty trash lol. Worth it for the cost of new bulbs for sure though

 

I ran H9 halogens in the H11 low beam housing, I made a set of pig tails that connected so if one burned out I could swing by any normal walmart and pick me up a set of bulbs and drop in.

I switched back to HID, they’re not the best but they’re way better than stock, and I wanted white for the reflection. I am TBD if I go back to amber low or amber fogs, I need one to be amber and one to be white. Haven’t decided which will do which yet.

But either way, they’re all 1000x better than stock

 

My drl’s are amber. But I dunno if I like drls being amber so I’m able to run my fogs. With the parking lights. I ran hids before. But I had zero patience with them. Soon as I got a flickr or light out in the trash they went. LEDs aren’t better than hids but way better than stock. Imho.

 

Does anyone know where i can buy one rear tail light , until the body shop gets all the parts in to fix my Tacoma that was rear ended, i need to replace one tail light as it is exposed now and getting wet and flickering.

I'm looking for the passenger side.
