So I messed up. Was using a paint sprayer to spray an oil based stain on my fence and didn’t even think about the vehicles that were in the front yard far away(or so I thought). This is the stain Australian Timber Oil Pre-tinted Mahogany Flame Transparent Exterior Wood Stain and Sealer (1-Gallon)
It was ceramic coated a year and a half ago with Cquartz UK and was dirty as shit with dust, tree particles, etc. it’s definitely stuck to the windshield more than you would think it would be. But not really noticeable on the paint. You can feel it on the paint. Definitely can see it some on my wife’s white accord.
My initial thought is Dawn but honestly haven’t had time to mess with it. Any ideas?

Start with the least aggressive cleaner and work up if needed. Dawn is worth a shot. Maybe some denatured alcohol. The longer it sits the harder it will be to remove.

If a liquid cleaner doesn't work, the next thing I'd try is a clay bar. If that doesn't work, I think the only thing that will take it off will be polishing the entire vehicle.

So I guess I would just use this with a bunch of hand towels that I plan to throw away?

Use micro fibre cloths. Towels will scratch

I put the Cquartz ceramic coat on there about a year and a half ago and then a few months ago did the griots ceramic wax. Do you think it will take all that off?

should come off pretty easily if you have a ceramic coating. i'd try some bug and tar cleaner and see if it comes out. might try some magic eraser type sponges too.

I wouldn't start with that 3m stuff. Start with some dedicated car soap and a clay bar.
