In Mexico there are 3 trim lines of Tacoma. I got lucky and found my Cement in a trim it's not offered in normally. Mine was exported to the US and then reimported for sale. Only reason I was able to get what I really wanted, and even then bought used.

Finally had time to install my AMP steps. Yeah, I know... not the most popular of the step choices, but I wanted something that folds away. Took way longer than I expected, but that was due to my OCD kicking on with getting the gaps correct. A few strategically placed shims and things lined up pretty good and the gaps are minimal.

Installed some not very good quality AVS window visors. Dog approved so im okay with them. Also swapped to the USR/Depo Pro style taillights. They looks amazing with the Meso Customs stage 2 leds. [IMG] [IMG]

I thought you were supposed to leave your windows up for 3 days after installing those. Did you just put them down for the picture? I’m not sure why you thought they were low quality.

Window visor photo is from Wednesday actually. Thinking about it again saying "not very good quality" was a poor choice from me. Its more of their packaging. The plastic it self and install is really nice. But... all 4 had some type of scratch or mark on them from shipping. Their packaged on a piece of cardboard with heat shrink around them. Allows them to shift slightly during transit. One also has some black mark on it. Almost like grease. Cant seem to get it off. Decided to keep them on and just live with it. Not a big deal, just annoying.

Notice the drill in the drill bit, notice the little hole in the neck of the washer fluid. That will allow you to fill up the reservoir to about half inch below the cap. It's the little things....

I'm curious how filters differ across the brands and could be a contributing factor to this issue. I'm running Amsoil Signature Series along with their filter, which they advertise is good for 15K miles.

For having dirt circulating throughout, the drain plug was still pristine and there was no visible dirt in the oil. I didn't collect a sample to send for an oil analysis, but I was thinking about it for my next one. Very informative and helpful establishing good intervals for my LS1.
