Of course it didnt. Mine doesnt even have the part number stamp on the flange much less a carb sticker. Thats frustrating. Any chance you would mind sending me a picture of the part number stamped on the flange on the header?

I have a tag that I see that says Doug Thorley, I’m not sure about a stamp number anywhere?
They are tucked way in there, where on the flange is it stamped?
They are not easy to get to

oh yeah, its hard to see any part of the headers much less look for a few numbers stamped somewhere lol
I don't know where it would be stamped unfortunately. I have already spent an hour or so looking for stupid thing and cant find it. I emailed them and the answer I got was basically " show us proof but you might not have proof"
Please see below for quote reply

"Thank you for reaching out! Your EO number would be stamped to the Doug Thorley Headers tag that should be welded to one of your driver side primary tubes. There is a small possibility that your headers do not have a tag though. If that is the case, heres what we can do!
In order to send you a tag in the mail we must prove that you are in possession of a CARB legal Doug Thorley Headers product. This requires a picture taken in or out of the vehicle. We need a picture of the flange on the header that shows the part number stamp. It is usually 3 digits & your part number should start with a _ _ _Y. There is also a date stamp on the flange, should be 6 digits, but that wont help us prove the headers."

I dont have the tag for some reason. Im not sure if the previous owner removed it or not.

I'll look for my receipt. I got the shorty headers.
