Bed light upgrade

Any suggestions? This is for the light that has a specific control already built in. I'd also like this to light up a bit beyond the bed for getting setup in the dark.... I have plenty for driving/snow, etc, but nothing that points backwards.

 

For bed lights some people go OEM replacement. Some after market. What year truck?


You looking for rear facing pods? For reverse application or just rear facing auxiliary lights?

 

I was not looking for pods, but. could entertain that. Basically looking for a more powerful bed light. Maybe I could add pods that tie into that somehow? Don't know much at all about lighting...

Gotcha, I think most pods might pull too many amps to run off the cargo circuit if you want bed lights.

do You already have bed lights that are not the third brake light, lights. If you want more you could use vled puddles lights or pod lights. That would give you plenty of light.

I have rear facing pods on its own separate switch like posted by caribe

 

Can confirm they work well and come with a nice pin switch setup.

 

Thanks all for your help. I'm gonna try the Victory 4x4 kit that looks to fit into the back of the rack. I may have to get those bed lights though, those are sweet.
