I finally got my hands on the Wouxon KG1000 GMRS mobile radio. Wanted to see if anyone has installed one and what their antenna set up looks like, how it performs etc. I was thinking of of the “hood lip” method but I wasn’t sure if that leaves enough plane to get good signal or not. thanks in advance
