Blown Fuse??

    I just blew the fuse that powers my head unit. It had a 30 amp fuse in it previously. Is it safe to replace it with a 40 amp fuse?

    No. Put another 30 amp in. See if it blows. If it does you might have a short. Or you are trying to power to much on that circuit.

    If you're pulling 30A from your headunit you have a serious problem. And that fuse saved your ass.
