I have a 2018 4x4 DCB SR in Midnight Black. Added Entune Premium, Fog lights, Mud Flaps, Custom Rims and ATs, Interior LEDs and backup LEDS, Miller Catguard and I have done all the Maintenace up to 54,000 miles (I just changed the oil and filter the day before). I even have the plugs and ATF to do the transmission and plugs in another 8 K miles. This is my daily driver and, on the way, home from work, a lady pulled out from a stop sign right in front of me. The estimate is a little over $7200. In the shop, but will take 5 to 6 weeks due to the backlog in the shop.

A 2021 Camry SE. Like the gas milage but would rather be driving my truck. The truck is easier to haul the dogs around.

That’s horrible man, sorry to hear about that. An old lady cut me off and crashed into the side of my Ram just a few months before I traded it in for my Tacoma.

The Ram had never been in a crash before that…her insurance fixed the truck but she cost me thousands on the trade in value. I’m still salty about it and it was years ago.

    I feel your pain.

Thanks, me too! The Tacoma is a far superior truck to the Ram 1500 I had.

Ugh, I feel your pain. My 2013 was taken out by an inattentive driver.

Good time to swap the grill and hood if you want something different. I believe the MSRP on the various grilles and hoods are reasonably similar, so if you want to change anything up, now's the time.

I am so FRICKIN PARANOID, driving my new 2022 Sport with less than 1000 miles.
There are so many lame drivers on the roads these days.
    Sorry for your loss

Sorry to hear OP. Hit a deer last year resulting in around $7k in damages. Got lucky with parts availability but now I am constantly paranoid due to parts shortages as you stated. Best of luck to you.

I know it's going to piss you off even more than those events already did, but you were entitled the money you lost on the trade-in too. Her insurance owed you diminished value.

Yeahh, I considered that. But she was slightly injured and super old so I wasn’t trying to be an asshole about it. I should have pursued it though.

I believe you can pursue it through her insurance, not personally through her.

Yeah you’re correct, it would have been through her insurance.
