2007 2wd access cab

The 1st gen rims I'm looking at are 5x4.5 but the 1st gen rim bore is 67.1. 2nd is 60.1. Does the difference in bore matter, and would the offset and backspacing on a 1st gen rim be okay on my 2nd gen?
