I have a 2010 Tacoma with the 4.0 V6. This truck has close to 270kms on it. Naturally, it has developed quite a bad exhaust manifold leak. Seems the 05-09 manifolds are slightly different then the 2010 +.

The 05-09 version is significantly cheaper to purchase. My question is will they fit the 2010 without modification?

    Intake or exhaust?

Have you tried replacing the gasket/seals with new OEM? They're not reusable generally though they often get reused.

Exhaust. The manifold has cracked. Had it welded but didn’t last, loud ticking from exhaust.

It should fit, in 2011 they started having the secondary injection system, before that they should all be the same more or less.

Though I suspect the difference is in the catalytic converter and if you put the wrong year on it will most likely throw codes.

I mean they both seam to have a converter on each manifold. Seems like maybe if anything they were maybe optimized a little for performance. I would install both sides so as long as it’s a direct bolt up wouldn’t be a issue

    Anyone else ever tried it?
