Leafs (I think). Solution seems to be one of the two, between that and CB drop, shims being a good starting point. Makes sense for the amount of lift I got in the rear.

So my plan now after your guys’ help is 3/4” spacers with 5mm packer on drivers side, 3* rear shims, and see where I’m at. I personally still like the idea of kicking up the Billy’s one notch, but everyone saying it’s a bad idea is getting in my head.

I'm assuming you meant 3/8 spacers.
That sounds like you've got it figured out. Keep us posted.

Finished up and got the 3/8” spacers on and wheels mounted up. Definitely evened out the lift, and the wheels have made a huge difference in the handling and ride of the truck. Still probably going to 882, but I’m still very happy with the results.

I did the rear AAL (small leaf) and had vibes at 15-25mph just like you.
I did 4 degree shims and it rides like butter - smoother than it ever was before.

Shims in the rear are definitely recommended if you lift your frame to keep more or less stock pinion angle the same, whether u get vibes or not

Ah forget to mention that. I bought the 3* shims for the vibes, but didn’t have enough time to get them installed last night. It’s good to know that is the cure, as of now it’s the only thing from being completely butter.

Do you HAVE to remove the whole pack? Can I just loosen the U bolts/remove pin and somehow slide them in. It’s so hard to manage the packs with only one person.

Well the pin goes through the shim so you gotta take em off anyways
And might be difficult to hammer it in under weight and align properly. A nice rubber mallet maybe?

and actually you'd have that AAL there there and wouldn't be anything holding it in place while you hammered in the shim lol

Do you by any chance remember the ride height you had before you installed spacers on?

I installed 3/8 spacer and 881 together so I couldn't tell ya. I did sag to about 2 1/4 total lift

Is this with OME Suspension? I have 881s and I’m at 36 1/2 in the front and 39 1/4 in the back so a lot of rake.

Not sure if you meant that to be a question. But I do have OME suspension.
