Official November WeatherTech Group Buy

Received my rear floor liners yesterday! Now she is all protected. Took a while, but well worth the wait...IMO.

 

I wanted to add my $.02 since I have been reading this thread regularly.

I was also double charged for shipping and asked Kelly for a refund on 12/17/10. I got no response and have emailed her again tonight to resolve. If I do not hear something soon, I will contact my credit card company and the BBB.

I am disappointed in their customer service!

 

I was also charged twice for shipping. I called customer service on 12/16/2010 to get my refund. They said that it would be credited back to my credit card. Guess what, I just got my statement (1/12/2011) and there was no credit. WTF!!!! I know it is only $18, but it is my $18!!!I sent them an e-mail on their website. I hope I hear back from them!

 

Ok. So I got my order, finally!

And it's the correct colour with both front and rear.

I placed the order on 24 November. Shipped on the 26, and arrived in my post office on 15 January. That's some serious shipping schedule!

 

I'm still waiting on a partial refund from being overcharged, contacted them twice and it hasn't happened yet

 

Contacted them 3 times now and waited a week for my refund after each phonecall, recieved nothing

I filed a complaint with the BBB today, we'll see if they respond to that

 

Dang I wonder what is going on? This is the first time I have ever heard of them being bad!

 

looks like they have had some issues recently, BBB dropped thier rating to a "B"

Love the product, hate thier office for losing track of things

 

Adding my $.02 since I was initially overcharged for shipping. I had a ten item order, shipping/freight charge Kelley quoted on the Order Acknowledgement was $101 total. I had mistakenly assumed all items would be shipped together, however not so. After receiving the first four items on separate days early in December, I noticed WeatherTech was charging $101 on each shipment BOL/invoice. Unfortunately, that was confirmed by a quick check on my credit card account. I got real concerned, was this Group Buy order of mine going to cost $1010 for shipping the items? Sent email to Kelley, she responded the next day. Within a couple weeks WeatherTech had refunded the $303 overcharge. All items ordered have now been received and no further shipping/freight charges. Last items received around 10 January. The WeatherTech products are really first class. By contacting Kelly direct the problems I had with the shipping overcharges were satisfactorily settled. Others may want to think twice before jumping in on another Group Buy in light of the many problems seen in this thread with the November WeatherTech Group Buy.

The shipping charges on your order are correct as stated during the Tacoma group buy procedure. Because you ordered products for your 04 Pacifica and your 07 Tacoma, you were charged $18.00 shipping for each vehicle. This was explained to you when you made the purchase. In an act of good faith, we credited your account $18.00. We would hope that you close this case as this was not our fault as we explained everything to you clearly during your order.

They just don't get it, they chagred me $36 twice not $18 twice, now they are just pissing me off with thier ignorance
