Good call taking it on a small bike!

    Congrats!

I'm kinda glad I took the MSF course so all I had to take at the DMV was the written test.

    Just 3 tons of fun!!!

I tried to use an f'n Passport, and Hunting License... they wouldn't take them.

    I don't have a Real ID

That was one of those times I felt... have you ever seen the movie Falling Down?

Went from 3rd Gen Taco to 3GT4R to 2nd Gen Taco and finally a V8 4GT4R.
why can’t they take those two documents? Or did they need “proof of residency” as bills?

I love how the person you get at the DMV thinks they are the key holder to whether or not you get to continue on with your license, registration, sale/purchase of a vehicle,.... etc.

Took me several months to register my tacoma that I purchased in Nevada and wanted to register here in California. They acted as if I was trying to bring contraband into the state, even though I made sure the tacoma had a California emissions sticker under the hood before buying. After several months of visits to the DMV when I had the time, and a 2 hour CHP inspection that the lady at the DMV required (even though the truck has a clean title, and was originally manufactured at the Fremont Toyota plant in California) I was finally able to get my registration. The DMV is a joke.

dude it really is! It just pissed me off that the only reasoning the lady gave me was “well you just can’t take the test because in the handbook it shows XYZ”

lady…I’ve read the handbook 5x I know what it says. Even her manager confirmed that it’s anything under 50cc you don’t take the test…it’s like get on the same page people. That’s what irks me about the DMV is that if you get that one person that doesn’t know their shit it causes a snowball effect and other hoops to jump through.

They both have my address. :notsure:

One is Federally issued, obviously proving Residency (Passport)

    The other is State Issued.

There is no damn reason why they shouldn't have been sufficient.

I am not sure how to read this. Your opinion would be appreciated. Does this look pretty good?

Caster is a lot lower than I would want it personally. I'd ask for as much as they can adjust into it without going past 1 degree of camber. Typically maxes out at 2 deg or so on factory lower arms.

Actual is the measurement after they adjusted it. Before is what it was at when you brought it in

I just had to get a weigh certificate and pay boatload of tax on mine from IL. The weigh certificate was hilarious since it’s exactly same truck they sell in CA.

yessir it is...dealer had to get this out of state bc of the backlog of orders. Honda even stopped taking new orders on the rebel 1100s and a handful of other bikes due to supply chain and material shortage.
