Adding Westin bull bar and LED light bar. Where's a good place to get power? Are there any spare OEM relay sockets?

Battery? Build a circuit with suitable wiring and fuse, run it on a switched relay. Better yet, get a power distribution block so that you can easily and cleanly add circuits in the future.

If it's just one switch, relay. If its two or more, relay and fuse block. There are convenient bolt holes next to the OEM block to take advantage of.

Thanks, but not sure it's even going to happen. I was assured the Bull Bar wouldn't interfere with the front safety sensor, and haven't gotten any alarms, but the front view is partially obscured. The picture shows the view on the monitor inside when the truck is in great and moving less than 5mph.
