The oil pans (yes plural) are selaed with FIPG which typically doesn't fail.

Looks like you're in for a rear main seal given it's heavier around the weep hole for it.

Between the engine and transmission, it seals the crankshaft to the rear end plate, your leak looks exactly like mine when my rear main seal went bad, the front main seal was starting to fail around that time too though not nearly as bad.

You must pull the transmission to replace the rear main seal.

It's way up in there behind the torque converter.

Leaks are almost always from the highest point. Looking at your bellhousing there like others have said kind of looks like a rear main seal. A rear main seal is the seal on the end of the crankshaft that keeps engine oil in. Depending on the vehicle to replace them the transmission needs to be removed unless it is a two piece seal which I don't think they do anymore.

It's kinda a PITA but not impossible to do yourself, I did mine in my driveway.

Its the same as doing a clutch really, definitely possible if you have a way to man handle the transmission.

Actually come to think of it after resealing my oil pans (twice) I did ultimately wait till I did my clutch to replace the rear main seal.

There's a few more steps and considerations on an automatic though, lots more wires and hoses, plus the torque converter needs to stay aligned and in the transmission but it's bolted to the flex plate which is of course is bolted to the crank so there's a weird balancing act maneuver when you have the trans pulled back a hair but not yet removed.

Not a bad time to do the front trans input seal too, and to pull and service the starter if needed or whatever else you can get to while the trans is out.

haha I have never done any of that, I’m sure I could figure it out but I’m not trying to open a can of worms here. I appreciate the positive attitude though.

If you can afford to let some one else do the work. Let them.
That way, you can take it back to them if something isn’t right.
If you do it. Well, you get to do it all over again. And that isn’t a small job.
4WD makes it even worse, the transfer case makes the transmission awkward to work with.

Took it to the dealership after two other shops said they couldn’t replace it, and I’m glad I did! Somehow my extended warranty covered it even though I brought it in at 105k miles at that point. Could have sworn that ended at 100k I’ll have to see what it actually is. But they also took care of the brake light seal on the recall it had. So with all the extra money I saved had them flush the transmission too.
