How could getting a smaller pulley be a bad idea? If I just want more boost at lower RPMs, and the bypass valve is working is this hard on the engine any? Obviously get it tuned for the smaller pulley, but other than that any cons?

You don't really want to be running more than like 10 PSI on the stock bottom end. If you want better acceleration re-gear.

I don't know how to fix what's going on.

However I'm really interested in this thread. Smaller pulley would force more air in with an issue that you don’t know what is and that's a bad idea IMO. There's a great thread about that custom tuning remapping thing on TW. That's all I got, back to lurking.

There's nothing going on , everything looks pretty normal in the log I think the dyno operators were challenged.

They did run it in 3rd the first time around, and didn't think 387 foot lbs of torque was worth a second glance lol

Does that 0-60 line up with other procharged tacos?

After being on a dynojet today, I feel like this is much more accurate than the previous ones

Why would Procharger say 390hp on their website ? They say approx 45% gain and you got like 15% +\-

Thats comparing crank hp to whp, stock tacos put anywhere from 200-210 to the wheels, so its closer to 35%-40%, if you use the same drivetrain loss this makes 330hp at the crank. Gets you right at the claimed 40% increase. I have no idea where they got the 390hp though cause 45% of 236 is 106, so they estimate on the high end you get 342HP @ 45%, no clue where they got the 390hp.

There's someone @NickJacq23 in the OTT pro tuner network that looks like they're based in TN or KY. I think you should consider an OTT remote tuning session with him.
