3/2 lift, with 18” Fuel Hostage wheels on 285/65R18 Ridge grapplers.
So I just installed a 3”f/2”r lift/level on my Tacoma off-road. Decided to go with 285/65R18 Nitto Ridge Grapplers on 18” Fuel Hostage all black gloss with a -12 offset. The 285/65R18 sit just slightly shorter in diameter than the 285/70R17. After the 3”lift was able to keep the front and rear mud flaps on with no rubbing. Also bought a TRD Pro grill and sprayed it with Bedliners spray before putting it on to give it a rougher outdoor look. I also done have to worry now about chips from rocks to the grill. I installed black textured step side tubes or nurf bars that match the look of the grill. And then snapped in some white raptor lights on the grill which light up when the headlights turn on. Overall I think it turned out pretty nice. Let me know your thoughts…
    Here is the before…

    Here is the after

Front looks like a spacer lift? Not a fan of those, but it does look good.

Personal preference or you aren’t a fan of the way it rides?

They cause lots of extra pressure on the lower shock bolt and change the suspension geometry, causing a pretty poor ride.

Looks good OP. Nothing wrong with spacer lifts if people run them let it be.

Looks awesome! How does it handle with the lift and tires?

Be interesting to see a shot at dusk with the grill lights on. Nice look in the TRD grill. Enjoy!

no spacers. Riding on -12 offset Fuel Hostage wheels which create the wider look.

Sorry thought you were talking about the wheel offset. Yes it does have a spacer lift, but also has a spacer between the differential and chassis that retains the geometry of the original ride. Can’t even tell the difference. Rides awesome. Had the work done at 4wheelparts.

Handles just like the original. The wheels are a bit heavier, so noticed a change in MPG from 20-21 avg down to 18-19ish.
