    Hello,

Does the 2022 Limited version have more Back Seat room than the Sport and Off-Road?

If so, what is being Sacrificed?

I currently have a Tacoma 2019 with the Access cab and it has always been a problem when we have company. It is soon going to be an issue for my pups in the next few months because they will both be full grown and run out of space.

I am 6'4 and I was wanting to find the best option possible for comfort.

    Cute pups

Never heard of the limited having more room. Where did you get those numbers? Also the way you word the leather seat bit is odd. The dealer will "install" them? Not sure what they're offering to do, but you could just get a OR with premium package and you'll have leather sunroof etc...

I'm 6'4" and have transported 2 50 lb bullys and a 100 lb shep mix many times in the back seat of my DCSB OR without much trouble...often on long road trips

The cab size is the same across the board. Those numbers are not right, maybe someone quoted the increase in size between a Tacoma and Tundra by mistake.

Thank you guys, Yes you are correct, they listed bad information.

The dealer was talking about replacing the seats with leather ones for either Sport or OR.

So the dealer will take an OR or Sport and "cut a hole" to install a sunroof???

I highly doubt dealer will cut a hole for sunroof. They'll order one from manufacturer and hope they get configurations near your needs/wants.

No, they come from the factory with all that stuff if you get a premium package OR, not sure about sport packages but I assume they also offer a similar premium pack with leather. It's strange that the dealer is offering to install leather seats, it just sounds a little shady to me. I would ask for a premium package if that's what you're seeking. I've just never heard of a dealer offering to install leather seats, where are they getting these seats they are going to install? As far as I know you can't option only leather seats on a tacoma, it all comes as a package from the factory.

All cabs are the same man. Trim level means nothing.

Dealers near me have installed upgraded leather seats (not installed from factory manufacturer) by outsourcing nearby shops on lower trim models.
I've seen them myself while walking around during services of vehicles.
On sticker they listed upgraded leather by 3rd party.

Not enough bandwidth on the internet to list.
IMO, the leather in a premium pkg is shit. Compared to the Softek in all the other Toyota cars, it's cheezy looking and feeling. For $650, you can do your own Clazzio's and it's nicer than the OEM stuff, much nicer, again IMO.

Nevermind, I figured it out. It looks like Sport and Offroad can have almost the same Premium packages. I am not really sure why the "Limited" was made. We do a lot of trails that get bumpy. I am on the fence about spending the extra for the TRD Pro.

Is the Warranty voided if you put on different 3rd party shocks after purchase?

Well I can tell you I got my limited just because the my odds of getting the type of sport I originally wanted with those tech packages and premium packages was pretty low.

At least Toyota's not like Ford where there's a million and one different types of packages.

I can't imagine more packages than this. I am trying to figure it all out and can't tell what items each model/package is missing.
I would be better off if they told what is NOT included in each. lol

Thankfully it's not many differences once you get to the top trims:
TRD stuff has special suspension, off-road has crawl and rear diff locker, sport has the hood scoop,
Pro has all the above, limited doesn't have the TRD stuff but does have all the tech.

Packages mix the above a bit.
