10/22's are most CooL with short barrels and real cans.

It's a pretty rare beast even overseas so engraving it scares me a little.

Understandable. I'd look at putting it on the bottom edge of the grip if there is room. That would still be a easily viewable location, but wouldn't change the look for someone checking it out.

Anyone have a late 2021 paper form 4 submission returned recently? I think I'm coming up on my 11/17/21 cash date for my TBAC been expecting around 365 days just curious if that's still the same or if they are even more delayed now

I think they’re averaging about 14 months for paper forms

I'd like that but I really don't. Pulled the trigger on that can before eForms was announced. Now I wish I'd waited

I purchased a can 11/6/21 and it was cashed 11/24/21, if I had waited a few weeks it would’ve been an Efile also, still waiting on that as well as my Efile that I submitted mid/late April of this year.

Eforms are probably going to take 6+ months for the foreseeable future. If I didn’t know better I would say that ATF/FBI are trying to discourage people from purchasing NFA items by making form 4 times long and encouraging people to form 1 manufacture/register by trying to keep those wait times down.

Except they’ve practically stopped approving form 1 cans under the assumption everyone is using a solvent trap kit. They’re also denying forms for people that intend to actually machine their own from scratch.

I was originally planning to get another can this fall but given the current eforms clusterf*!k I’ll prolly hold off and wait till things catch up. According to the eform approval thread on Reddit they’re still working on February forms. eForms is gonna catch up to paper form wait times before we know it.

I'm assuming cashed date was 2021 if ordered 10/21

If so that gives me a little hope 11/17/21 was my cashed date

they’d be processing form4s in days instead of months/years!

Tired of waiting on the TBAC to clear so I moved my dead air brake over to the Tikka since I'm headed out to the long range range this weekend can at least run the sandman on it. Long Boi AR coming too

Been putting a few rounds through my Gemtech Integra 15-22.
I have found that it makes everything I feed into it what I would call hearing safe (no meter). Supersonic ammo is still loud enough to be easily detectable. CCI 40gr LRN Standard Velocity, CCI 40gr LHP Sub-Sonic, and Federal AE CPRN 45gr Suppressor are all down in sound to where the bolt is louder than the shot.
I am going to set up a target next day that it isn't raining to figure out which I will go with. I am thinking probably the CCI Standard Velocity or the Federal AE Suppressor. I will probably order 5k rounds to start and keep the 15k+ I have of supersonic ammo to use with the original upper or do some trading with it.
