How much has your truck changed?

Day 1 vs 4 months later. Thinking about a 2.5” lift and maybe a roof rack by the end of the year

Can't find a recent pic anywhere, but I've since replaced the softopper with a tonneau cover and removed the light bar. Also came off of the 33s.

Current state…Satoshi grill, Alpharex LED’s, 2021 OR suspension added, yellow LED fogs, window visors, Alpine double DIN, 265/75/16 Goodyear Ultraterrain AT, windows tinted. pretty much stock, just hit 150k miles!!

 

Does this count? I replaced the swing-down power outlet covers that were missing/broken and removed the white "4x4" paint from the mudflaps, because the passenger side rear mud flap letters had half of the "x" white paint missing and the right-hand "4" the paint was all gone. (It looked sketchy).

Otherwise still stock!

Oh yeah, I replaced all of the burnt-out switch light-bulbs, so I guess it can't really be called "stock" now? Oh: and the tires aren't original, but the spare is so that should cancel out the light-bulbs! (and the new washer-fluid cap) I put a "Bob's Mirror" in it too. ...and a OEM bed mat. If I go and put a PRO grille insert on it someday day, I'll resign from the "Stock" club voluntarily before I get kicked out. (Deservedly)

 

How much has my truck changed?

Truck doesn’t seem to be as delighted with me as when I first met her. It’s only been a couple years, yet she’s let herself go a bit, rather dusty inside, doesn’t keep herself sparkling and alluring to impress me like in the beginning. Yet I’m still the same guy she met in the beginning. She’s the one whose changed.

Hmmmmm: nothing that a windshield squeegee held out of the drivers window and a telecoping inspection mirror out the same pointing to the back won't fix. Good to go! Who needs OEM? Looks perfect to me as-is.

Bought New in October 2011

 

The good ol’ Deadpool days.

 

Purchased brand new with 7 miles. Just hit 92,000 miles... She has been through 1.75", 2.5", 3", 6" and 7" of lift up front. 31s, 32s, 33s, 34s, and 35's (315s) and many many smiles per gallon. At a strange point in my life where debating starting the journey all again building another brand new truck but I've been in love with my Tacoma since day 1 and truly get to drive my childhood dream! Regardless the transformation has been crazy!

 

Dakars, Fox Coilovers and Shocks, Element Hard Parts Uniball UCAs and KO2s everything else pretty much stock.
