    Hello Taco Friends

Introducing my new baby into the forum. 2022 Tacoma OffRoad Access Cab, Lunar Rock. Got the Advanced package but due to the chip shortage had the BSM and Collusion Avoidance removed.
Picture attached is after I completed the factory lift.

I have created a follow along thread for some of the projects I want to complete before winter. My coworker is big into snow wheeling, so I am trying to get it to some level to be able to join instead of riding shotgun. https://www.tacomaworld.com/threads/goose-project-follow-along-thread.774294/#post-27682321

I am planning on selling a couple items that are removed from the stock vehicle, but not enough posts to follow the rules for buy/sell section.

Toyota removed BSM. I could wait for it or just take delivery w/o it - so I had them deliver without and get credit for not having the feature.

That's awesome, I didn't think toyota would do that. I'm assuming they turned off the software on techstream?

good question. I still saw some items in the display menu. However I am unsure which items would be shown in the software vs not shown.

If they didn't deactivate the software I'm sure you would have a Christmas tree on your dash if all they did was simply physically remove the blind spot monitors on your bumper. Good to know for guys with bsm if they ever want to upgrade to a steel bumper
