    Can I continue to drive my 2004 Tacoma with the ABS light on.

    Yes just be aware your antilock brakes are disabled with that light on so stopping distance may be increased.

    You might want to look at rear carefully....

    IF that rear axle seal fails, that seepage could affect the abs sensor thats right at dry side of that seal....
    A leak would get that sensor, then start getting in to the brakes.......
    Also would run differential low on oil.....and those are very expensive...


    And as far as abs and airbag on anything this old, I would not trust, I would drive it like you dont have either.....
    Brake fluid is suppose to be flush every 3 yr after 1st factory change.....
    Brake masters are open to the enviroment.....nothing you can do about it....
    fluid become laden with moisture....

    Means whatever fault turned the light on is no longer present.

    Reserected from the dead.
    2004's were sensitive. Mine comes on twice a year for a day.

    My theory is it does not like the Scan Gauge II that I have plugged in all the time.

    I un plug it, then plug it back in and the ABS fault clears.
