So, my wife and her brother drove 3 1/2 hours to northern Vermont .Newport Center. We went to visit her fathers childhood friend. Three days prior to that Bill fell and broke his hip. We were forced to visit him in the hospital. He was not responsive and asleep. He was dying and he passed three hours later With his son present . We made the best out of a sour situation . I got many pics . Here are a few.
