Hello! Found myself in the market for a Tacoma, and came across what seems to be a solid deal in my area. Test drove it, everything checks out, except this leak. Is this the coolant leak I have read so much about? If so, what should I expect in cost to fix it? Thanks!

Also, I know these can have serious frame rust issues. How does the underbelly look on this one to you guys?

    Oh look, another mod....
I'm not sure if it's a coolant leak or not, but it looks like the leak is coming from this pinched pipe right here:

For the leak. Check the timing chain cover near the power steering pump. Very common oil leak. It can be driven but can be annoying to look at. Check if that leak is leaving puddles on the ground. For the frame, that is in decent condition IMO. It is light enough you can scrape some of that off and coat it with something to protect those surfaces.

Don't think thats a pipe, think its just the foil heatshield over some the wires/tubes in that area. that's next to the cat and gets hot.

Is that oil, antifreeze or water?
The air conditioner drain is located of the passenger rear of the engine compartment.
