Hello and thanks for any help in advance. I have a 2019 trd sport, and want to get new brackets that the skid plate attaches to. I went to do an oil change today and found that I was missing 1 bolt. It looks like the previous owner snapped it and tried to drill it out, stopped. On the other bracket it looks like the screw hole got cross threaded, so any bolt that goes in gets damaged. I know my skill level and trying to retap the screw holes rarely works for me. It looks like the brackets would be fairly easy to replacement. Does anyone know the part numbers to them, or where it might be possible to find cheap ones?

My suggestion would just upgrade your trd sport “skid plate” to actual trd skid plate, the Amazon knockoff or any other aftermarket skid plate. Get one that allows you to access the oil filter without removing the plate and install is simple as most use different mounting holes than the oem plate on trd sport trim levels and below

Thanks for the info. I looked at that, but thought I’d need to use the same holes.

Nope - I thought the same also as I basically had the same issue with my old sport skid plate. Got the trd skid and took minutes to install with a breaker bar. Well worth the upgrade especially you’re gonna do your own oil changes

I should also mention you will have to permanently remove your air dam but that is also for the best (appearance wise)

Oh no! I have to lose the beard! I know it doesn’t help much, but my mileage is pretty bad as it is. Thanks for the info though, I’ll be looking around for one.
