Camper Roof Vent Install with Roof Rack??

Snug Top Camper, Victory 4x4 Racks

Curious if anyone has installed a roof vent with a roof rack (particularly prinsu/victory4x4/upland style rack) into a camper?

Would be interested in the vent placement on the roof location, and roof vent/fan brand and model for lowest profile possible under gear or minorly interferring with gear uptop/in-between crossbars.
