RLD Design Cap - Open from inside?

Hello all,

I apologize in advance if this was discussed in the forum previously as I am new to TW.
I just picked up my first Tacoma, Long Bed.

Long story short, one of the first things I want is to put a cap on the bed.
I was 90% sure and was going to proceed with either Alu-Cab or RLD Design, but Alu-Cab does not offer any window options and can't open from inside since there are no windows.

For those with RLD Design, specifically, if you have a long bed, have you guys figured out a way to open the cap from inside at all?
Or, are you able to reach out to the latches from the window to open the door?
That is the only thing that has put me on a pause for pulling the trigger.

If you tap kinda hard near the latch from the inside, sometimes your wife will hear it and let you out. Other than that i don't think so. You can close it from the inside and just not latch it. It should stay closed (mine does) and then just push it to open.
