    Anyone what this is for? I took the cover off under the steering wheel and this was just hanging there.. truck drives fine and no check lights.

    3 inch lift. bluetooth stereo. blue transparent skulls shift knobs
    You'll find stuff like that on every car. The wiring harness is the same for all models but doesn't necessarily get fully used. Like it could be for a clutch start switch, clutch cancel button, neutral safety, differential lock, or other accessories like that.

    2000 Tacoma 4WD Base - no low gas warning light but it has AC!
    It is for an option you don't have. But these little things can be awesome for powering misc devices that a 20+ year old truck may have.
