    Kinda looks like a missing tie rod / tie rod end, and maybe a wheel bearing that is very gone?

    What happens if you take the tire off?

    At the moment I’m stuck on the freeway.

    You’ll need a tow. If you’re asking what’s wrong, you most likely aren’t prepared to fix it on the side of the road. Good news is that it’s a relatively easy fix once you have the time/parts and tools.

    Took my tire out . I believe the bolt broke in half into the steering knuckle ?

    Now is a great time to replace upper and lower ball joints with oem parts, along with whatever broke when you hit the deck. I’m glad you didn’t get hurt out there.
