JustDSM hit the nail on the head. You will not run out of injectors on an N/A setup on this truck. Assuming a properly operating engine and no mechanical failures, the only plausible explanation is that your new intake has an improperly sized MAF housing.

I have a different sized MAF pipe for my turbo setup and this changes the MAF range, so the MAF had to be recalibrated for it. Changing injectors won't fix anything other than make you run too rich and require a tune to decrease duty cycle. Change your intake pipe diameter back to stock, or get your MAF recalibrated. You don't need more fuel, you need an accurate air meter.

The best thing you can do is get a proper sized intake pipe. Changing the size of the pipe can actually hurt performance if done incorrectly. It's all about velocity vs flow. Additionally the MAF has to be on a smooth and straight section of pipe to reduce turbulence. Make sure it's facing the right direction as well. Even if you change the intake size, your throttle body will still restrict flow.

If you want to truly do anything for this truck, forced induction is your best route. You can supercharge it with about 8psi and still use the factory injectors without running out of injector size. So I assure you, you haven't run out of injector size.

Additionally this truck has 2 fuel systems. Port and Direct. It has 12 fuel injectors. Your fuel pumps (there are two) can't even drive enough fuel to run out of injector space (it can...but the LPFP will fail). You are looking at $1800 for a set of Direct Injectors and $500 for Port Injectors. Plus throw in $500-1000 for a tune to recalibrate your duty cycle.
