@caribe makaira, I do have the factory switch right now, want to change it out with the FJ switch so I actually know the fog lights are on. I have the fog light anytime mod done as well. The switch you have in your last post, is that a picture of the factory wiring to the factory fog light switch?

I know this is kind of a necrothread but I want to understand and am hoping someone will respond. IF I purchase the 6 pole FD switch and jumper pin 4 and 5, I will get the on indicator light when my fogs are on? and that is the only thing I need to do (other than spend the $50 on Amazon for the switch?

I have seen the mod to the existing tacoma switch and would give it a try but without a better diagram or photos, I can't really figure it out and my soldering skills suck.

(I am planning on doing ND4s anytime on mod this weekend and this seems to be the perfect 'other half' to that improvement.)

Little late but looking to update my switch..looks easy, just use the existing wires from current switch to the -AS switch; Green to 1 pin , Green-White to 2 pin, White-black to 3 pin , and blue to 6 pin and just jumper pin 4 and 5 together correct?

    Thanks!
