Tacoma error P0440-P0446

2002 toyota tacoma 2.7l 4x4

Hi, see if somebody can help...
2002 Toyota tacoma 2.7L
Ok First have codes P0440-P0442.
Mechanic replaced:
-new FULL Canister
-2 Valves (1 on cannister and 1 in front next to motor)
-New GAS CAP (i go pick up at TOYOTA DEALER)
3 months later happened again, now with P0440 and P0446 whats wrong now?
as mechanic due smoking test,checked valves and all ok,but still showing engine light with this 2 codes, mechanic say to let drive,as no problem till due next inspection.
any answers???
