Speaker Quality- JBL Replacement

I bought a 2020 Off-Road a few months back. Overall, I love it but the speakers feel incredibly quiet. When I talk to people on the phone, their voice sounds muffled and very poor quality. This only happens in this car for me. Does anybody else experience this? The volume seems much lower than I'd like.

Does anybody have any recommendations on fixes or other speakers I can buy that might help? I have the JBL speaker package, so I expected them to perform a bit better.
