Beautiful! What brand hood bug deflector is that?

 

Thanks. It's an AVS brand hood bug deflector. Very easy and straight forward installation for people familiar with the use of PK style screws and a screwdriver. The AVS logo blew off after about the second drive following installation. I am not fully convinced that the bug deflector actually does any good, but I like what it does to the sex appeal of the truck!, so I am keeping it.

 

Hey guys, here’s my ‘22 TRD OR 6MT I was lucky enough to find on a lot in here in SoCal. Talked them down to sticker which is a deal these days, couldn’t be more stoked to be back in a Toyota pickup, mods soon to come. I'm a huge BMW fan as well and have visited the Welt in Munich! Had an E46 M3, E60 M5, F80 M3 and my current dd is my 2022 F95 X5M (because kids)

I've also been a Tacoma fan and my Lunar Sport is my 4th Taco. My last one being a 2016 which I'm doing all the same mods to on the new truck

 

my first Toyota, 2022 TRD offroad, Picked it up today, having factory 2"lift put in it and replacing the bed side decals with custom made......

nervous folks. Just put a deposit on a new Lunar TRD Sport that will be here next week.
I love flat colors, like cement and sand. I like lunar just not sure I love it. Im going OEM lift W/ TRD wheels right off the bat. I hope I fall in love with the color

 

My opinion about Lunar is you either love it right away, or the color isn't for you.

I too really like cement, but if I had a choice between the 2, I'd pick Lunar all day.

 

I had the same feeling. When I put the deposit down for mine in 2021 there was literally no way for me to see a Tacoma in LR in person before making my decision. Though after seeing the truck in person the first time I knew I had made the right decision. I’m sure there are quite a few people in this thread that know that feeling

 

same boat for me. I was on the fence wasn’t sure how it would age. My wife convinced me to go LR. Looks great and everyone I talk to compliments the color.

 

I LOVED it at first site lol... My last 3 Tacoma's - 2 Magnetic Greys and 1 Beige. I guess it's time for change. Silver is too simple - that's what my wife said lol (her RAV4 Hybrid is silver). She loves LR

 

I saw it for the first time in the spring quickly and not an immediate fan. Then saw it again and it started to grow on me and in love with the color now. If you like cement, LR is also called "cemint", so you are 1/2 way there already!

 

Dont be, I'm trading my 2020 Cement in for a 2022 Lunar Rock, pick up tomorrow if all goes well. Both are great, pictures don't do lunar rock justice, much better in person, just like cement.

 

Mine just arrived at the dealership, going to pick it up Monday.

 

i had not even seen a Tacoma in the flesh let alone one in LR. (there are no Tacomas in Australia).

I did go to the dealer to find an LR RAV4… I liked the color.

I put down a deposit (because it was one of the few vehicles available in a manual gearbox which I would actually drive!

My ‘order’ never materialized…

- fortunately I found another LR manual Pro taco coming to a dealer in Oct and it arrived Nov ‘21!
