Skid plate DV8 or ARB to fit with diff drop?

Hi, I need to find a skid plate that will fit on a Tacoma that is equipped with a diff drop. (It's not an open debate on "diff drop yea or ney" I have to have one on that truck)

For some reason I only have access to DV8 offroad and ARB skid plate, nothing else.

I would be really grateful if someone who tried them would confirm if yes or no they fit. It also works if the info came from a second gen. The customer service of manufacturers basically don't know.
