How do I get meso customs to help me out? Emailed them on august 3rd, took weeks to get a response, after my reply I still haven’t heard from them. Can I get help @MESO

EDIT: I’d just like an answer to my questions at the very least even if that’s the most you can do. Send me a PM and I can give you my email I’m sure you can look up our email exchanges.

What is your question? Maybe someone here would know if it's not one if those "where's my order" or "when are you going yo have stock" :duh: questions.

    Oh look, another mod....
This is a very good point. If you're asking them one of those two questions, yeah, they'll ignore you UNTIL they have an answer.

Also, I just sent an email yesterday around this time regarding a product issue. Got a response about an hour ago today.

I have the meso customs v4, I’m wondering about getting replacement418EEC01-DFC1-4ABC-B621-A0079A582EF0.jpg gaskets/rubber seals for them. I’m okay with paying for it, I’m okay if the answer is no. Im just looking for a response.

It’s nothing to do with where’s my order or stock. Seems like that stuff you can check the website or just follow your tracking number. This is more of a niche question that validates a response i think.

Functionally, I don't think that is an issue? What remains is likely enough. But, if you are selling them or just want to replace it, this may do the trick:

    Replacing for myself

EDIT: if I get a response from meso saying they can’t or won’t I’ll look into it

Faster and probably cheaper to just DIY with foam insulation tape.

    Good stuff.

I only posted that because you said that you were willing to pay. I'd likely do the same.

I’m looking to exhaust any OEM solutions if possible before I look at aftermarket or DIY solutions.

EDIT: Which is why I’m waiting patiently to hear back from meso before I try something else.

Ultra-fast response to me a couple weeks ago about fuse box covers, and quick shipping it to me also.

Meso is a small operation. Not to be rude, but what you are asking for is a little silly. Just buy a roll of some adhesive foam like what others have mentioned and be done with it.

You waited weeks for a response to a problem you could have fixed in 10 minutes.

It’s a solution that was mentioned earlier today, I acknowledged it was a pretty good idea that hadn’t thought about previously. When I made this post I was only hoping to get the companies attention. Just because you knew it was an option before doesn’t mean everyone else (or just me in this case) knows of the solution intuitively.
