Easily. Both of them. Even the MT with its 33s and armor

I wouldn't go that fast in a short wheelbase 4Runner. I hit 90 in my Pathfinder once. Never again lol

You bought a Chevy? There it is knock it off

Let us know if you screw it up. It's pretty straightforward. Open your fill plug, open your drain plug, close your drain plug, fill it close your fill plug.

Insert all the details about crush washers and cleaning things up etc.

I cruise at 80-85 regularly, and have hit 90+ many times. My '03 hit 110 or 115 once. At that speed, it started to feel a little uncomfortable.

The 4Runner feels better at high speeds than my Tacoma did. It may have a shorter wheelbase, but it has a better rear suspension.

If your Pathfinder felt unstable at 90, there was probably something wrong with it. Or, maybe the 4Runner is just set up better for highway cruising. :notsure:

No, my boss did. But, it's pretty nice! Plenty of power, and good fuel economy.

Someone just posted it on the 4Runner forum. I figured it was worth a repost, even if it's been discussed.

Pathfinder was fine, with a short wheelbase you hit one pothole or quirk in the road You're going to have a great time.

Don't get me wrong 4Runner suspension is fantastic and exceedingly smooth at 90 and 95 but... That short wheelbase won't do you any favors if there's a sudden change in road grade or elevation. The tacos definitely handle that stuff a bit better if a bit stiffer

    Lol!

I guess it's a lucky thing I've never hit an irregularity in the road in my ~360,000 miles of driving 4Runners.

Remove the fill plug before draining.

Seems like a potentially fun project. I just hope I can settle on a design, rather than rebuilding it every 6 months like a certain sleeping platform.

77 square miles surrounded by reality.
    Vehicle:
    '15 Black DCLB SR5
Tires, Softopper, fully armored, winch, many pinstripes.
Trailers should be easier because you have more available space.
    That’s my story anyways…
