Also have GROM audio with USB/ipod/aux running off CD1.....and added Rostra bluetooth so it can play stuff off the fon.....making a harness to get steering whl audio controls working like in my xB. Wheel and spiral good to go but RC not wired for st whl audio so I have to make st column to stereo 3 wire harness.

USB with tiny 32gb thumb is under left AC vent...st whl controls black'd out........

lower dash with aux input in center......

fon control staying on left dash panel........

ipod input routed into glove box and coiled up....will reach center console, passenger seat or just leave in glove box. not used very often but option exists.

I too still have PCs with CD/DVD burners....CD will hold about 150 mp3s. Did that for single disc in xB but it also has GROM audio USB/ipod/aux in it.

Nice setup. I do miss having the USB option to play music that I had previously on a newer SUV that I traded in. Not going to go back to making CDs. You've got the best of both worlds, high tech audio and a manual transmission.
