    Backstory;

    Been running 265/75/16s for the past 6 years no issues;

    Original Alignment; 5100s @ 1.75in lift (Perfect fit, no rub; drives straight)
    +.3 Camber +.3
    +2.3 Caster +2.4
    +.05 Toe +.05
    +0.10 Total Toe

    Upgraded to DirtKing UCA + Elka 2.0 on 2.5" lift;

    Before Alignment; Slight rub on rear mudflaps driver side.
    +.2 Camber -.1
    +4.1 Caster +3.7
    -.32 Toe -.37
    -.69 Total Toe

    After Alignment; Mud flaps have to come completely off

    +.6 Camber +.2
    +3.1 Caster +3.5
    +.01 Toe +.04
    +0.05 Total Toe

    Should I aim for +4 caster and if so; should I just do caster equally on each side. Right now I got a slight pull to the left going straight, no matter what lane I am in(But thats probably due to the shitty TOE adjustment that the lazy tech did) I gave him specs and told him if he meets them I would give him $100 out of my own pocket. But he didn't even try; specifically when I wanted +.05 toe on each side. (the easiest adjustment to meet)

    ** My question is; if the Dirtkings add an extra 2 degree of positive caster; pushing the wheel towards the rear of the cab; if I bump my caster settings to +4.4 to +4.5 I should regain the same clearance as I had before and be able to keep mudflaps?

    I'd like to keep mudflaps; The roads I travel on; I'm doing 25-35mph on gravel; my rocker panels will thank me.

    ** Edit;

    I suppose I'm just disappointed that I was able to clear these tires on OEM upper control arms and 1.75in of lift on the 5100's and now I upgraded and I can't clear my oem mudflaps lol. Should've went with SPC's.

    Yep. 4 * caster will help.

    The camber is resisting the caster pull, but I'd want to see the caster and camber more balanced and even.

    I always push for more toe on heavier tires. 0.06 is lower than I would set as well.

    The idea behind the arms is so you can max the caster using the lower arms to push the wheel forward.

    Take a picture of the lower arm eccentrics on the rear side. They should be maxed. Fronts not typically.

    Thank you; this made the most sense; the answer I was looking for.
    The rear eccentrics are not maxed out. I could definitely push to 4 degrees of caster or higher and I think that's where I'd shoot for. I'm not going to adjust for road crown this time around.

    I was thinking if I could I'd want to push for 4.2-4.5 degrees of caster left and right, matching it and attempting to get to as close to 0 degree of camber as possible. Then push for the tech to adjust for .05+ toe on each side equally to +.10 positive toe.

    Ideally I'm thinking specs of

    +.0-.05 Camber +.0-.05
    +4.2-4.5 Caster +4.2-4.5
    +0.05 Toe +0.05
    +0.10 Total Toe

    Going for a new alignment tomorrow; new shop, hopefully they are able to get it to what I want. There is plenty of adjustments left in the rear eccentrics; so hoping they can balance the Camber and Caster to a good spec; not having high hopes but we shall see.

    Thank you

    New Alignment; drives perfect. 4.4 caster and it’s straight as an arrow. Love the steering wheel feel. Clearance is right on. New alignment shop did an incredible job.

    I will be replacing my OEM UCA that have 150k miles on them soon. I already replaced the lower control arms and the rest of the suspension parts including a set of 6112 up front, that are currently only on a 2/1 clip setting. I was looking at Dirt king since they are a sealed ball joint, but will I have issues when I install these and I don't have 1.5" + of lift?
