    I’ve got the weirdest dog in the world. I’m sitting on the rocker/recliner and Bei Bei gets up on the couch next to me and puts his front paws on the arm of the rocker. Then he uses his nose under my glasses to knock them off and proceeds to lick my eyes. My tears must be delicious to him. I tell him to knock it off when he gets carried away but it must sound to him like you sound to me sometimes. So I stop the riddles and tell him “You no ricka eyes!” He then gives me a dirty look and squints his eyes for about 10 seconds then proceeded to race the length of the house over and over again. Insane in da membrane.

    Think of "slow" as the temperature. The lower the temperature, the "slower" it is. So, just for a frame of reference, I would consider a slow smoke to be a temp of 150°-200°F.
